The following manners and rules have been made so that all players can enjoy their playing experience.
Please follow these basic rules and enjoy your time playing HolyBeast ONLINE

• Any person who is deemed to have violated these rules may be penalized for not complying with the above.
• If a person's account is suspend as a consequence, GetAmped Coin (GA) and CyberDollar (D) will not be refunded
• regardless of whether or not the person has used D to purchase D items.

• Follow the administration policy and usage rules when participating in the Bulletin Board and while chatting
• Do not publicly portray as truth anything that has not been verified as such.
• Choose words carefully when chatting, so as not to offend others.
• Refrain from violent language, dirty language, slander and any other language offensive to others.
• Try not to talk about topics unrelated to the Game in General Chat.

Players must not disturb other players.
Please read the following list of prohibited conduct and help make the playing experience fun for everyone!

• Continuing to talk about topics unrelated to the Game in General Chat.
• Performing obscene or abusive speech, expressions depictions or actions.
• Performing slanderous or defamatory speech or actions against a specific race, nationality, religion, etc.
• Performing criminal activities or speech that encourages crime, or speech or conduct deemed to be linked to these actions.
• Performing speech or conduct of a deceptive nature.
• Performing any other inappropriate speech or conduct that offends public order and morals.
• Performing speech unintelligible to many users, such as lists of words whose meanings are unclear.
• Performing speech or conduct that disturb users, such as marketing, advertising and soliciting (including political and religious activities)
• Performing speech or conduct that leaks personal information.
• Performing speech or conduct intended to gather personal information from other players.
• Performing speech or conduct deemed to threaten, insult, slander or defame other players.
• Performing speech or conduct that misrepresents you as a game master or a staff member of our company.
• Performing speech or conduct that impedes the management of this service or user usage.
• Performing speech or conduct that infringes on privacy or intellectual property rights, including copyrights.
• Creating, using or distributing illegal tools, or the altering data.
• Utilizing malfunctions to negatively affect this service.
• Performing any other speech or conduct that the game master deems inappropriate.

• PUBLIC NUISANCE SUCH AS:

• Any conduct to disturb other monster's action on purpose and continuously.
• Any conduct to dominate monsters on purpose and continuously.

• IMPROPER ACT SUCH AS:

• Using malicious program.
• Any dishonest act by taking advantage of game bug.
• Hacking.

• ITEM TRADE IN CASH

Buying and selling items between players is expressly forbidden.
Therefore, on no event will Management team will be liable to you for any damages caused by above which includes fraud.

• SHARE, HANDOVER, OR BUYING AND SELLING ID

Your ID must be kept solely and above conducts are forbidden for any reason.
Therefore, on no event will Management team will be liable to you for any damages caused by above which also includes fraud and dispute.

• PROHIBITED ACTIONS AGAINST GAME MASTERS

• Contacting Game Masters more than necessary.
• Any behavior to prevent in-game event.
• Multi-post of web inquiry, feedback and requests.

Game Master (hereafter, ‘GM') monitors and supports all users so that everybody can fully enjoy playing ‘HolyBeast ONLINE'.
In the game, GM has various duties such as following up a bug report, conducting further investigation, supporting player's communities and etc.
GM receives many kinds of inquiries everyday and they are trying their best to answer those questions, however in the event they are taking some time to answer,
we appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
When you send a report about troublesome users or complaints, GM won't punish the user (i.e. Banning the ID) right away,
but they will verify the report first and then decide appropriate action to apply to that player.

Volunteer Game Sage (hereafter ‘GS') is a guide of HolyBeast ONLINE to help all users so that everybody can fully enjoy playing the game.
GSs are handpicked users that Management team has selected carefully to take the important role. Those GSs are evaluated on a regular basis to adjust　members.
